I am very happy with the union so far, I have completed 4 courses so far in as many months. I am visually impaired and it took a little getting used to navigating the site but no problems now all good. I would recommend you take notes on key information in the courses that may help you when you take the tests at the end of the course. Thank you Disability union for this affordable platform. Shaun

Ultimately it's a scam, when I signed up and paid my £4.99 there was no content on their support hub and one to one support is non existent. I've waited well over a month for a call back from a support worker and when I've chased it I've then been told to self refer so as you can imagine it screams delay tactics. They have started a "service" that is no where near ready and doubt they will ever be ready because it doesn't really exist. Claiming they are a charitable organisation when they charge a monthly fee for no service rings alarm bells also I signed up for support not online training or online zoomba classes. I contacted these people in desperation and my situation has escalated quite severely and I can't forgive the false hope they have instilled in many aswell as myself. Online training and socials don't fix problems, they distract and no problem is ever fixed by looking the other way. All talk no action .
