In my experience with this company I had multiple issues. Firstly the course itself was a bit dull but not too bad, it seemed like not a lot for £144. I found you got almost the same information from a £4.99 app for the CITB test, but in a less accessible form. Then when it came to booking an exam it was a strange process with a 3rd party company, not sure it the exam company and the digital college actually knew each other. I ended up having to cancel this exam with a reasonable amount of notice and rebooked for a different day. I believe this must have confused them as they thought i not had 2 exams booked. I then received a very vague email not stating if the original exam had actually been cancelled and nothing else despite me asking multiple questions. It turns out it had not. I then decided to phone them instead to make it easier however they were VERY sure it was my fault, not theirs, and wanted me to pay for an exam I hadn't taken as it was now after their deadline for cancellations. It took about a week for them to process the new exam date, which i had been recharged £48 for. But in this time they had not managed to send me the exam login meaning i had to chase them for it once more. I then passed the exam. They then sent me an email telling me i had passes but left out the e-certificate that was meant to be attached to it. Resulting yet again in me having to chase them up for it. Overall not the best
