I went in here with my dad, who has used the place a few times. I was a jeweller for a long time specialising in watches, and the Diamond Box has an amazing selection of pre-loved Rolex (modern and vintage) and many other brands. The gentleman who we were served by had a vast amount of product knowledge. Now if you are interested in watches you will know that you can't just walk into a Rolex dealer and buy a watch, you have to have a long-term relationship with that jeweller and promised them your firstborn child. But at the Diamond Box, all they ask in return for the purchase of your watch is money. I can't recommend this family-run jeweller highly enough.

Im an older gentleman and was nervous at the prospect of purchasing a high value piece from a Google search but need not have worried. I spoke to Melad online initially and then on the phone, enquiring about a Rolex they had just sold. Melad asked for 30mins and the opportunity to source another watch for me. I received a call 20mins later offering me a newer, unworn full set watch at a better price. I paid my deposit and collected instore the next day. The watch was perfect and exactly as promised. Communication, the experience, and the personal service I received were excellent, brilliant, fantastic... I could go on. I would definitely purchase from The Diamond Box and Melad again and would absolutely recommend to others.
