A fairly traditional dining-led pub which masquerades part-time as The Drovers' Arms in the latest Herriot adaptation. They don't labour this too much fortunately. Timothy Taylor-owned so there beers are present and very correct. The Knowle Spring is a wonderful refreshing beer. We had dinner one night and enjoyed it, despite the lamb chop in my duo of lamb being horribly overcooked.
