UPDATED: Their customer service head won’t speak to me and sends endless emails refusing a refund for services and products not delivered. This is horrible. Do not buy from this company - you will spend hours trying to resolve something you never received. If I could give them negative stars I would. UPDATED: Let down again - twice in a week. DO NOT BUY FROM DETOX KITCHEN AS THEY ARE UNRELIABLE. ORIGINAL: Shocking customer service. Great concept; nice food. Customer service is beyond terrible. Food doesn’t turn up mid way through a 5 day plan - no explanation, no attempt to make it good, just a refund. This is a real shame as I will not recommend this company to any one. Not worth the hassle.

I have found all the food delicious (as has my husband) - very thoughtful recipes to make sure the meals are full of flavour, interesting and varied - and love the little cool bag that is left out for us each night. Highly recommend and am impressed by how much care and thought has gone into it all. Also delighted by the biodegradable packaging and free range meat. Highly recommend.

I really enjoy using Detox Kitchen! Although a little pricey, it's super easy to book, the meals come fully prepared and are always fresh & tasty (it doesn't feel like you're cutting calories!). Many of the dishes can be eaten hot or cold and they seem to have taken on board my suggestions and improved the recipes and delivery packaging recently which is very much appreciated! I personally find it handy that they deliver in the night. As I live in a block of flats, they pop it in our nearest stairwell and I collect it each morning.Great for a little reset or boost if your dieting.

Ordered two of the three-day detox boxes! Both arrived with no card or instructions and one with a meal item unfit for purpose. Contacted Customer service to ask if they could send out a replacement item so we could complete the three-day detox, not helpful at all, they replied to say they would not send out the missing item and refunded it instead! Never asked for a refund, it's sold as a three-day measured program, if you can simply omit items then does it sound that measured! Customer service and quality are shocking!
