I have just moved to The Dentist Balham and I am so glad I have. All the team have been wonderful and very accommodating. Justine and Amy on Reception made me very welcome, both so friendly. I had to get an emergency appointment and both went above and beyond to get me the appointment with Dr Carlos. Dr Carlos put me right at ease and was so professional. After my initial appointments a few years ago the quality of service has been extremely poor across the board. Each visit i've had different practitioners with little care or friendly attitude shown. For my last booking i received no awareness the dentist had left the practice. I had to call on the day to check my bookings to be told i was lying about having one, for them to then realise what had happened to then rebook months later again. I have now gone down to the practice for a rebooking to find out its been cancelled again with little to no sympathy for the poor service or clear communication ahead of time. Would highly recommend seeking alternative practices if you actually want to have an appointment and receive a decent service.
