After my dentist retired a few years ago, I was referred to The Dental Team. The care I have received these past few years has been outstanding. Friendly, caring and professional staff together with the latest modern, hi-tech equipment all contribute to the excellent care provided by the team. Dr Neil Patel is a perfectionist and takes great pride in his work. The added touch of televisions on the ceilings of the exam rooms offering movies, music, etc. as a distraction makes going to this dentist office a relaxing experience - a rare comment said about visiting a dentist!!

Neil did magic on one of my front teeth that was badly broken in half and it now looks like nothing ever happened. Him and all of the staff took care of me promptly, even without an appointment. Neil is professional and genuinely caring: so good at his job and also good at seeing the person beyond the “medical dental issue”. Just wish he was the very first time I went there! The idea of going to the dentist doesn’t feel that bad anymore. Very nice environment.

From the moment we walked in the door I was impressed. It was my 5 year old's first visit to the Dentist and I am so pleased that her first experience was with Neil. The Surgery itself is spotless with lovely facilities. Upon entering the receptionist asked for my daughters favourite TV show so they could put it on in the room to make her feel calm. Neil spent time chatting with her to make her feel comfortable and made the experience fun for her. Honestly, she didn't want to leave. He gave her a through examination and explained everything to me including next steps. I would highly recommend Neil and his team

I had been searching for a dentist for some time for my mum before I came across this most wonderful Dental Team. The Dental Team is more than a lucky find for my mum and me, it’s a true treasure hidden in London. This is how I discovered the crème de la crème Dr Neil Patel and his team based near South Kensington station: I was having a virtual weekend coffee with my highly regarded novel editor, and I spontaneously asked my editor, ‘do you know a good dentist, it’s not easy to find?’ And, surprisingly, my editor had been recommended a dentist, though the respected editor had not yet visited the Dental Team. Having been forwarded the information, I knew deep down in my heart that I could trust my editor and I made an appointment immediately. This serendipitous introduction was the start of our amazing journey. From my very first greeting with Dr Neil Patel, and his team: Vivian and Shireen, the entire process has been fabulous. Most importantly, Dr Patel instinctively understood my mum’s dental needs and requirements especially after a major operation in 2018 and radiotherapy in 2019. My mum was the number one priority, which Dr Neil Patel appreciated and made my mum and I feel special. Dr Patel also quickly identified that I also needed dental interventions. When I was 16, I had braces and veneers. I put aside my teeth for so many years. After Dr Neil Patel’s treatment – the result speaks for itself, what a brilliant and beautiful outcome! I could go on and on…I highly recommend him to everyone and you can have total confidence in him. He will now be my mum’s and my dentist for life. Just like my mum who was extremely happy with the outcome, at my next evening virtual coffee meeting, my valued novel editor who has keen eye for observing beauty, was super-impressed and just could not believe the transformation and immediately commented on the transformative difference in my gaze and my smile, noting that I now had the ‘Perfect Advertising Smile’. Although, I wanted to keep The Dental Team my secret, I feel proud to write my first ever review and as Dr Patel says: Serendipity!

Neil Patel and his team are incredible. I have been going to Neil now for some time, they go way beyond a service. Their professionalism is balanced with kindness and care and it has made each experience worth while where I actually look forward to going . Neil reassured me from the very beginning and went through everything in absolute detail, ensuring I knew what was going on in the process. The word that springs to mind when I think of neil is integrity. I have always had issues with my teeth and now I can smile in confidence and that has changed my life. The practise is gorgeous and what was lovely is they allowed me to play music and watch the nature films whilst having treatment.
