    Good experience once in the chair, but kept waiting for 30 minutes for my appointment! After bring sat in the waiting room for over 20 minutes I spoke to the receptionist who told me she would message the dentist. Upon entering the treatment room I was informed that they had an emergency in and was apologised to. I would have prefered to be told that my dentist is running late when arriving at the reception desk. At my last appointment I was also kept waiting. Practice timekeeping and communication should be addressed.

    Saw Lindsay today for a scan to get a new retainer. Great service - so friendly and professional. The tech they use to scan your teeth is brilliant - I now have records of my teeth in case I need a new retainer in the future.

    First visit...I was rang to make an appointment for my invisaline. I turned up and my moulds weren't ready. Dr Grant couldn't apologise enough and I don't think it's his fault, but I had to take time off work and I am self employed so this meant loss of money. Second time...I turned up after being told to book an appointment and when I arrived I was told this was not booked on! Again taking time off work. This was from my last visit and I have just been back after waiting nearly 8 weeks for my retainers. Which I was told would take 2 weeks. I had to ring twice to see if these were back. I believe these retainers had been in the dental surgery for sometime. I am shocked at the list of issues I have had to be honest. Grant has been great but I do wish I had gone somewhere else as the service has been so poor.

    So had an emergency appt today. To cut a long story short I needed to have a lower back molar out.... Ouch!!!! It was a bit of a complicated one and it didn't wanna come out, but my lovely dentist Jack and his nice assistant took care of me, as Jack took it slow and steady and finally we beat the stubborn tooth!!!
