I do not like going to the dentist but the Team here are brilliant, all of them. The 2 hygienist that I had today, well what they done could not have been done better, an absolutely amazing job. First time I used the surgery, I phoned in, requested an emergency appointment as I was in pain and an hour later I was there! Jeff even came in on his off day to make sure I would be relieved from the pain. What followed from there was two root canal appointments with Dr Ismini and Lucy who work so well together one could call them the dream team! Root canals can be painful but thanks to them I have not felt a single thing a cross two appointments. Overall this is the best service I have ever received from a dental practice and will not go anywhere else from now on! I would highly recommend them to anyone! Thank you very much for the exceptional service.

The atmosphere and all the staff are warm and welcoming whilst always remaining professional. The nurses, reception & admin team all put you at ease and Giselle’s smile lights up reception. A friend recommended me to The Dental Group initially because I had 2 loose crowns & my previous dentist said the job was too complicated & not something they could attempt. Jeff did an outstanding job & 4 years on, both crowns are still holding firm and looking good. I have since had some treatment to a couple of other teeth including a complicated (& hugely successful) root canal treatment by Dr Ismini Kefalou. The treatment is so painless that I actually look forward to having the chance to lie down & relax (including on occasions a little eye rest! 💤 ) Needless to say, I have remained with them for all my dental care. 🤗

I don't like having dental work done. When I was told that I would need a crown as my tooth was cracked from a chomping on a bone at a BBQ a couple of years ago, I feared the worst. I had the experience of tooth canal and didn't want to go through that again. My dentist Ismini and her dental nurse Carolyn reassured me at every step - explaining the process and asking if I was okay during the procedure. The patience and professionalism Ismini had when I told her that she needed to adjust the crown so many times until my bite was perfect - really went above and beyond. I even apologised to her for being so fussy and she replied that I had to be 100% happy and that she would adjust it until I felt it was right! She then warned me that I may feel some sensitivity, but if there is excruciating pain that I may need a root canal as the crack was deep - even though she had done as much as she could to avoid a root canal. Well I was hoping for the best, but expecting the worst. I was slightly sensitive on the day, but the day after - no pain when I bit down on that side of my mouth! I can't tell you the relief I felt that a root canal was avoided. But what I am sharing with this review is the honesty about the procedure, the care that both Ismini and Carolyn took to make sure I was okay, and the professionalism they showed in the work that they did. Thank you both for making a stressful experience, so much less so. This Dental Group is the place to go for all your dental needs - they deliver a caring and professional service. Thank you!
