Had Emergency Treatment at the Whitegate Drive Dental Clinic on Saturday 15/4/23. I must praise the Female Dentist and her Assistant who were both Charming, Friendly and also Professional. I never felt a thing, my tooth was expertly removed. Also a word for the Receptionist who was also friendly and professional. Thank You Once Again to all 3 of you, you are a Credit to the NHS.

Had an appointment today, toothache was unbearable for the last few days. The Dentist I saw was excellent, explained what was causing me pain and what my options were. Had my tooth pulled the Dentist spoke throughout the extraction which was rather reassuring. Overall just a brilliant place.

Tried to get through Thursday with severe toothache,was ninth in the que so used their ring back service.Never recieved a callback.Rang this morning and after giving all my details was told that there were no appointments but to ring back at 5pm.Just rang at 5pm and recorded message said thwy are very busy,to try later then simply cut off my call!

Worst Experience of my life I didn’t mind the dentist but am petrified now. Went in to get my tooth taken out as it was causing me a lot of pain to then get injected 4 times and accidentally injected my lip with the numbing needle. I had the liquid inside of that dripping all over my chin and my tshirt and all inside my mouth I asked if I could spit it out, I was told no due to covid so they made me swallow it which isn’t normal to swallow a lot of that stuff. I let them know I could still feel them pulling on it and was saying ouch for them to carry on and ignoring me I was in tears during and after this and they never stopped to let myself calm down or asked me if I was okay after. Would rather have the toothache than be treated the way I did then.

Absolutely amazing dental practice. I had an emergency dental appointment yesterday (Saturday 16th July 3pm) I was in really quick, the 2nd lower right molar was out in a flash. OMG the dentist's we're really, really nice to me. This set me at ease, it was a comfy chair, I laid back after telling the dentist which one it was, he gave a full evaluation including a x-ray and indeed there was an infection under the molar which I suspected. A filling would not have worked, I wanted it out. I'd chipped it, the nerve was throbbing when my heart beat, I could feel it in my tooth! The staff we're lovely, they even had a conversation about life in general which actually for me, it tells me that they're genuinely interested in what they do and what their clients do and the impact of helping people get back to fit has. That's amazing. The NHS trust believe me need's clones of these two people because they was brilliant. Exceptional even. Thank you for helping me. T.
