Excellent place for large group stays in York, and well within walking distance of the city centre. Nick always replied very expediently. My deposit was returned in full very shortly after my stay. The accommodation can be a tad tricky to find if you use Google maps, but if you follow Nick's instructions it should be no problem.

We had a great stay at the Den as a group of 8 mates. The arcade machines are a really fun touch. The location is really convenient with easy parking, whilst being a short walk to the beautiful city centre. Nick was really helpful at all stages and the deposit was paid back really fast

Fantastic spacious venue Nick was courteous and had fast response times to any queries I had. Three bathrooms three separate bedroom with plenty of bed. Spacious communal areas and walking distance to York center with two off street parking spaces I would definitely go back.
