What can I say what an amazing looking cake it was little sad to cut it to be honest it looked that good. But boy am I glad we did it was a delicious chocolate cake I would even go as far to say the best chocolate cake I have had so moist soft and fluffy. brilliant service lovely staff thank you x

I have just watched a programme on channel 5 called Big Brits go Large. I was shocked to hear a telephone conversation of Jackie and myself about a cake for my daughter. What they didn't share was that I telephoned Jackie back and discussed with her what would be best for the cake. Also the person that arrived to pick up the cake was not me. As you can tell on the phone I clearly have a Leeds accent not an Irish one. I am a bit miffed as Jackie states on the website that she believes the personal touch is so important. Is that TV for you ? It is clearly not a true interpretation of the events. Which is a shame because the cake was delicious but because of the deceit used on the programme I wouldn't return as a customer.

After watching last night's episode it was disappointing to see that the following were not worn. PPE Gloves Hairnet It was noted that one lady wore an apron and a lady wearing hairnet but in the line of industry it covers all staff inc the owner should wear if they are preparing cakes for television purposes or not as this would give people a bad impression. Also people who collect cakes these should be boxed at least 30mins before arrival and not 5...

After another AWFUL experience which this company I have decided to leave this review. The owner had stolen money from me back in April, after warning a lady on Facebook last night these were the comments that were left by the owner who continued to insult me. After providing all the proof the comments were deleted! I knew the comments would be deleted by her as she did her best back in April to hide anything I had to say. She BLOCKED ME after trying to get a refund when I received cheesecakes that looked nothing like the picture and buns which weren't even personalised!! So just to warn anybody else here are the screenshots of the conversation back in April and the awful comments the woman made last night! Please be careful when ordering from here, I would hate for anyone to be put through so much stress and have their special event ruined just like this company did to me. 6 months later and I am still waiting for an apology and a refund.
