Have had absolutely no luck, I've been trying since 17th of April to get a sick note sorted, spoke to reception first time and a mental health worker she put through as priority no issue with her as she couldn't do much else. But a receptionist completely failed to put into the system.

Always efficient and caring with any of my problems. They are understandably busy, but this isn't a problem when they approach you with a kind, caring and gentle approach. Samuel karimi

I rang Delamere medical practice this morning 8th March to book an appointment and the earliest they could see me was April that’s at least 4 weeks that can’t be right I didn’t believe it but the NHS is broken

I had a telephone consultation (my choice) with Laura today. I was dealt with very sympathetically and professionally. She explained all the available options in great detail, outlining pros and cons of each. It was a very thorough consultation and I was extremely impressed. Thank you

GP surgeries are incredibly busy and often we could go to a chemist . They’re incredibly stretched and it sometimes takes a while to have your call answered or get an appointment . However my mum recently moved to live with me and needed registering with a gp to get end of life palliative care in place. The service we received was seamless. The reception staff made sure her records were added and have given continuity in following up prescriptions etc. The gps have made numerous home visits when needed and I know my mum has had the best care at a very difficult time . The NHS is stretched and the surgeries are busting at the seams. Next time you have to wait it might be becayse someone who is critically I’ll needs that gp time . Be kind and polite . It costs nothing

My experiences with this surgery have always been great. The staff are friendly and accommodating and always do their best to support me and my family. They are a busy surgery and there is pressure in the system but the same is true everywhere at the moment. The team work incredibly hard doing a difficult job and I appreciate them all massively.

Booked an appointment which I thought was at 1.40 but when I checked in the checking system my appointment was at 2.45. It was my fault so checked in as it was pointless going home. Did mention to the receptionists that I got the time wrong but they said have you checked in which I already had. I was still sat waiting at 15.05 when queried the computer showed I was a no show. I could make a new appt. What’s the point. I had have problems with my blood pressure and the tablets I am now taking I had been having a few side effects. I will not be back.
