I absolutely love my darts. I recently bought darts an flights so I could play with my dad and I got an email saying they didn’t have the certain ones I needed in stock. They then upgraded me for free and I had these beautiful darts now I’m very happy and very grateful 10/10 service really lovely people would recommend! Thankyou made my day 🙌🏼 🏼xxx

Visited for the first time today, bought a mat and attachable oche, 100s maybe 1000s of darts in stock, probably the best customer service I have ever received... and I work in retail development and specialise in customer service so really impressive team 😂 Kept asking if I was okay/ needed any advice, will be back to buy a new set of darts when fed up with my current ones!

Went to The Dart Shack looking for a particular dart but unfortunately this had been discontinued. I explained what type of grip on the dart I was after and got feedback on another dart that was similar. I was able to try in store before I bought. Happy with the reccomendation and the darts so purchased them. Service was great, offering a friendly chat whilst buying. Have used The Darts Shack several times now, I find them stocked with good equipment and seem to come in cheaper than other darts shops. Would highly recommend.

Great price - good advice. Large car park and accessible for all, which is great when with somebody of limited mobility. The service in store was amazing today from Simon and another chap (didn't get his name). The only reason for 4 not 5 stars was: No phone number to check weight or availability when it is a 45 minute drive is frustrating. Maybe a pay as you go phone for incoming calls would work? Other than that - the service, price and product is amazing - thank you.
