As a complete beginner with Pilates Body Awareness, I have been transformed from an unfit, lower back pain, healing broken foot woman to someone with strength and endurance, and a better body shape. The atmosphere is friendly and focused among students and the highly qualified teacher, a professional ballet dancer. I and several others, who also had injuries, have continued to a second term. On a weekly basis, I feel and look better and this keep me coming back for more.
