We have just returned from am absolutely fantastic week at the Dandelion Hideaway over the Easter Holidays, despite the wild weather! The tents were so comfortable, and the combination of stove, heaters and hot water bottles meant we were cosy even in the biggest storms! There was so much for our kids to do on site, they absolutely loved Dandy Camp and hunting for Easter Eggs with Katie and the Easter Bunny, feeding and grooming the animals, arts and crafts, riding the bikes, den building, making fairy houses in the woods and a good soak in the hot tub! There were a couple of things that needed attention in our tent (only as we were the first guests of the season in that tent) and Polly sorted them for us so quickly, nothing was too much trouble and we were really grateful. Polly also recommended someone who could provide pony rides for our girls on the next farm over which they absolutely loved and we would highly recommend! The kids cried when we had to leave and we are already planning our next visit! Thank you Polly, Will, Katie (and Easter Bunny!) Rooms: Cosy and comfortable rooms with heaters and a lovely bathroom and wooden doors inside the tent (rather than zips) was a lovely touch!

Camping in mid October might sound crazy, but it's a beautiful time of year to spend a few nights or more in this extreme glamping site. I am not surprised it has won awards. One of the best glamping experience I have had. The 'tents' are just beautiful and fully kitted out including a wood burning stove. Plus an outdoor fire pit/bbq, a communal area with a pizza oven! There is so much out door space for running around. It's quiet yet full of life with farm animals and wild birds. There is an out games room room and even a crafting den, it's all very well thought out. The hosts are just lovely. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend

Had an utterly dreamy week away during mid-July at Dandelion and am already plotting our return! A wonderful setting, with every little detail thought of to keep you relaxed and children entertained. The decor of the tents themselves are incredibly tasteful and we all loved finding treasures such as nature books, games and binoculars in the suitcases and other nooks and crannies! The farm brought something new everyday for our children with the ponies, horses, goats, egg collecting and goings-on of Farmer John and his team. The local area is great for outdoor activities and we found everyone very friendly and helpful. Sharon and John have created a great spot to slow down and watch the world go by, with a host of creature comforts to leave you feeling rested and revived when you head home. Thank you!
