Went to purchase a road bike, after following online size guidelines. Arranged convenient time on FB. Once I got there and to the bike found that although size to height guides are good they are not size to size guidelines. CR advised a different bike which was very satisfactory and now looking forward to many miles on my new bike.

A brilliant experience from start to finish. Communicatiom to arrange a time to view the bikes was excellent, prompt and polite and very informative. The owner is extremely knowledgeable about bikes and does a superb job with making sure they are in good condition. Didn't feel rushed in making a decision when we were there. And even given extended warranty because of Christmas .cant ask for more.
