All the people I dealt with at this company couldn't have been more helpful. From my first e-mail one evening that was responded to by Tom within minutes ( totally unexpected but really appreciated) to the handover by Duncan just over a week later everyone was great to deal with. I bought two MiRiders which are great little bikes for my motorhome - to stand in for some rather large e-mountain bikes when we go touring to France. I think they'll be great. If you want some good old fashioned service I'd definitely recommend The Cycle Company.

Fabulous eBike specific shop with super helpful and friendly staff. They took all the pain away and did all the research for me and provided me with a Haibike that is more than I could have hoped for. The bike was delivered really quickly, fully put together and they talked me through how to get the best out of it. I would 200% recommend using these guys if you are on the search for your next eBike.
