Product Quality Issue at first Not usually any issues. Speedy delivery good communication, good quality products. Sadly, on this occasion, one of the items wasn't as good quality as the previous exact product that I have ordered so feel let down. Edit: Excellent & speedy response from Diana at Customer Services. The Custom Boxes have been fabulous throughout the entire process. Aaron & the team are punctual, courteous, patient & understanding to my needs.
