What can I say. Had a small problem with a pair of ready made curtains. Have to say the customer service was exceptional & I don't use that word lightly. Went above and beyond to assist me. Will definately recommend & use again. If only all retailers offered this level of service. I used to deal with high level complaints for a large electronics retailer so I know what level of service is excellent. Thank You

Bought a pair of tab top curtains. When I unpackaged them they had been used, there were marks where the hooks had been and some of the tab top thread had been pulled out of the tape. Clearly used sold as new. Was not impressed

Where do i start with this,if you are after vinetian blinds please please do not even contemplate going here we mr and mrs Murray have been waiting 4 months now for our blinds and yet they still cant give us a date on when they will be here to be fitted and when we asked for our money back we were told by the head of department we cant have our money back the customer service here is none existent they are a total joke who just tell you a whole load of lies
