Contacted the Curtain Shop after seeing some recommendations on local social media. We wanted some existing curtains altering from a curtain pole to a curtain track, as well as shortening in drop. We also needed a curtain track supplying and fitting. Shaz came to measure up and provide an estimate. After Shaz's advice, we bought a second pair for these to matched and joined to the pair we already had in order to get a nice full effect on our 1930s bay window. The quote provided was perfectly acceptable and Shaz kept us up to speed on when the fitter would come to fit the track and do the final measurements in order for their curtain alteration person to do the necessary changes. I dropped off the curtains at the shop and the alterations were completed within 2 weeks. The fitter came back the following week and did a great mess-free job hanging the curtains. We've been delighted with the end result. The curtains look great, and the room is much cosier now with the cold drafts from the bay window being virtually eliminated when the curtains are drawn closed.

Amazing service from start to finish.....so pleased with the end result! Having searched far and wide for curtains or blinds for our apex windows it was proving difficult and extremely expensive to find a solution. On contacting the curtain shop Shaz couldn’t have been more helpful doing lots of research and making contacts to find the best possible look, material and price and provided us with different options and prices. Communication was great and we are soooo pleased with the end result. Even the photos don’t do these curtains justice! A massive thank you to Shaz and the team who genuinely worked hard for us, while being super helpful and kind at the same time, after a year of taped up windows we are all so very happy!
