APPALLING communication and customer service. They gave my valuable curtains to charity because they didn't sell in 6 months without even a phone call to let me know. At no point in my emails/telephone calls did they say that this was their standard operating procedure and I do remember speaking to them a few times to understand how it worked. Is it too much to expect a phone call? It takes 5 minutes to make a call or send an email. I am extremely disappointed in this company.

Took constant phone calls and emails (at least 15 total) to get paid after my curtains were sold. Then I found out they sold them for less than half the price they told me they would sell them for WITHOUT asking me or notifying me. Then they said it’s too bad nothing can be done about it now they’ve been sold. So unprofessional.
