The owners there make your experience immensely uncomfortable. I thought it was just me and shrugged it off, however, I’ve met several other crowds and other crystal shop owners that immediately mentioned the customer service. Upon looking at some of these reviews and the defensive retaliations from the owner, I am shocked and disgusted at the amount of audacity to say the least. The crystal community isn’t for everyone. Edit- And just like that, my point is proven 🤣 bitter and defensive. I’m a kid and I enjoy going by names of cartoon characters for my own SAFETY. Don’t deflect the criticism by claiming that I am not real <3

Sad to say that I have to give this beautiful shop 1 star and that is because of the bad experience my mother had shopping there. I asked my mum to buy me some crystals for Christmas and she said she didn't have a clue which ones to get. I reassured her that the people working there would be very knowledgeable and happy to help... boy was I wrong! My mum asked which were good for health to which she snapped they all are and then when my mum looked at larger one she was told she wouldn't be able to afford that one like something from rodeo drive in pretty woman!! Very disssapointed, clearly they have lost their touch or love of the job...very sad! Just a reply to the owner - so I feel my comment is in your best interest and maybe you need to look closely at your customer service skills again... I know its harsh to recieve such a review on christmas day but maybe it's a blessing in disguise a call to perhaps look a little deeper at the vibes you may be giving off! I would have wrote to you independently but as it was the second time we had experienced this from yourselves I felt that it was time to speak up. For whatever reason you did speak to my mum in that way and your response is further adding to our bad review by implying that she is a liar. So very sad as I know times are hard and maybe that is having an effect on how you treat your customers and if so I am very sorry for the hardships you are experiencing but please try to bare in mind that those who visit a store like yours are looking for a healing experience not to be belittled. me and a group of friends have been to this shop about 5+ times the last couple months and spent way more money than we probably should. but the energy and peace in this shop is worth every penny. run by some lovely people who are helpful every time. last time i went we arrived about 10 minutes before closing (we didn’t realise when we were heading there) and they were in no rush to push us out or any shift in the normal energy. they were as helpful and kind as normal. currently planning my next trip with friends for tomorrow <3

Very rude. Told us to " Get out" as there were already the maximum amount of people in the shop. I absolutely understand the rule, in the interests of public safety, however maybe speak to people in a polite way! We were not to know how many people were in the inside, from outside. Shame was as we were looking to buy quite a lot as have been wanting to visit for a while now. I guess I will have to find another more friendly crystal shop, perhaps with a more calm, inviting and spiritual feel.

One of my favourite crystal shops with beautiful pieces and very helpful staff. I have been visiting TCT for over 5 years and have done many of their courses that now make up some of the offerings in my holistic business. Tracy and Louise are always so helpful when I need a specific piece either for myself or a client and so knowledgeable on ALLL of the crystals. The energy of the shop is so wonderful and calm and with so much natural light it's hard NOT to fall in love with all of the things in the shop. My only complaint is there is SO much choice and my bank account simply cannot afford my crystal addiction haha. I highly recommend the candles too which are vegan and smell AMAZING.
