Everytime I call your on hold for half an hour everytime it’s crazy this part of the service is disgraceful as it’s disabled people that are calling for help .

Trying to get through to someone on the phone is the worst experience anyone could wish for. 25 minutes and still no answer If your lucky enough to speak to someone it's a miracle

It's difficult to organise appointments but the service is excellent. William is conscientious, thorough, and very affable. He takes time to ensure things are as good as they can be, and is very sensitive and caring towards the actual wheelchair user. Thoroughly recommended! 13.11.18. I saw that another Reviewer did not have a good experience, and commented that he would rather have someone "competent". During the time with this department, we have seen 3 different people, one of whom was performing the service for more than 10 years. All 3 people were competent, caring and knew their trade. They took time to make adjustments and recommend better options when they were available. Maybe we were lucky, but I can only go on personal experience, and it was a good one.

After many years of frustration, I think this service is disgraceful. If you have any other options available I strongly recommend that you avoid this place like the plague. Otherwise, make sure you document every last detail of conversations you have with them and make sure that they keep their promises. My son has been waiting 8 months for his new wheelchair. Just dreadful. I noticed that someone found William "affable" .Personally, I would prefer someone who was competent...

Unable to reach, no use to have a phone that is only open for almost just 1 hr 5 days a week, no voicemail and months long on waiting list. Might as well call it Croydon Wheelchair ‘diservice’.

My experience is that the service is pretty poor because when you ring them you sit on the phone but they have not got a answering phone where you can leave a message. Because I have tried to say that they need to send me another review for my wheelchair because got letter but is got me down for 20th June so trying to ask if they mean July 20th because they are only there between time. They make is very hard for people

In all it's a good experience with wheelchair services except that they DONT like answering their phones when their phone lines are open and when they do they are very rude and very often the messages don't get through to the person they are intended for
