Was a nice stay at the hotel. Manager Kris was really polite and took us in on arrival. Rooms was good size for family of four (kids 1 & 5). Got a cod/travel bed on asking when booking. Wife has celiac so had also a good full English breakfast the gluten free version. Thank you to cook Jane for breakfast, it was lovely. Would go back to this hotel. Thank you for the stay we loved it. Food & drinks: Really good full English breakfast from cook Jane. Thank you very much.

My colleagues had the full English breakfast in the morning and they were VOMITING all the way back. I'm extremely angry at this place as for a hotel costing £110/night you would expect top service and food not undercooked pork. The rooms are awful as well with the heating cranked up the maximum which made me sweat, loose tiles and water pressure was gone when I was showering.

This is a tough one, let me start by saying the hotel itself needs a little T.L.C. However, saying that, I understand how tough the last few years have been.. But let's break it down.. The rooms - The rooms are spotlessly clean, big, well lit and very comfortable, the beds are brilliant and good pillows. (Never underestimate a good pillow on holiday.) The bathroom was again, spotless and had every amenity you needed. The Breakfast - Was hot well cooked and delicious, Saturday was served to you and Sunday was buffet style, both were spot on. Good choice and a big plate of food. The Staff - The staff were friendly helpful and had time for you, nothing was too much trouble and every request we had was satisfied perfectly.
