We payed £195 for our stay at the crown hotel, the staff were top class and even assisted us to our room where me and my partner were greeted with some anniversary chocolates. The room had everything we needed, an iron - fridge and a fan as it was very hot on the day we stayed. We had a front facing room with a great view and massive windows. One let down of our stay was the floor boards, every-time someone walked past in the corridor the bed would vibrate and we could hear people walking upstairs like they were in the room with us. With the building being so old I imagine this is unavoidable. The staff were very helpful, and the location was a 5 minute walk from anything we needed. Just the floorboards are so loud! Otherwise, everything else was perfect.

Building beautiful staff all friendly parking bit expensive on top of room cost but was nearly 12 hours so maybe bout right ! Room clean but small and in need of painting but all ok apart from that would recommend.
