(not organised Very bad agency) I got told of the very not dependable Agency called *Connect appointments* that I was meant to start on Monday which I go out my way spend money I don't have on ppe for the job just to get told of the manager that they were not told that I was meant to start so I wasted money and wasted my time especially the agency. They are the worst agency i have even been with and since the Cress company is working with them they have to be in the firing line DO NOT APPLY cause you will probably not be in a job long.

Just to give huge credit where it's due, Juels our rep is fantastic. She gives the perfect balance of honesty and sales advice which is so rare from a sales rep. Juels communicates weekly and is on the phone/email when needed, so glad we switched so much of our purchasing to Cress, and being in Telford is perfect for our buying ethos!
