Hard to find as not well advertised but found eventually... Staff at reception good but most rooms are opposite the Crazy Bear by crossing main road and then going into a quite modern building with no character... Rooms are soo dim and dark even with all lighting on and when using the shower it pours water all over the bathroom floor... Restaurant pretty good and food is great, especially breakfast... Would we visit again ? No, very overpriced lackluster accommodation which is quite worn and I would question cleanliness of rooms due to no way cleaners would be able to see what they were cleaning.... *UPDATE* Judging by the fact that the management haven't even given a response says a lot about this overpriced hostel

We spent our wedding anniversary at crazy bear Beaconsfield and it was a very unique experience. The hotel doesn't have its own parking but you can park anywhere you want in the streets, there are no restrictions. We parked across the road. You're welcomed by some very polite staff, we had a glass of champagne on arrival and were shown to our room. You also have to pay £150 credit card payment on arrival, this is refunded after you leave. The rooms are very fun and uniquely decorative. We went for a superior room, anything lower and you don't get a bath in the room ( you want the bath ). The bath fills from the ceiling and the 3 shower heads in the wet room are in the ceiling. They do have luxury suites ££££££. We had a deal for dinner, Thai or English. We went for Thai and weren't disappointed. Lovely food, friendly service. The only downside was it felt a bit rushed. We were in and out on a 3 course meal in an hour. Be aware, there are pay supplements on a lot of the dishes and drinks are a fun price 😱. The bar in the hotel was wonderful, service was amazing, drinks were a fun price again 😱, make sure to have a look around the hotel as it goes far back and there are seating areas around a lovely outside swimming pool. You take a seat and they bring everything you want to you. Like I said, the service was amazing. Be mindful that everything you pay for has a 13.5% service charge added to it but the service is amazing. Lastly, breakfast, we had the continental breakfast in the deal. If you wanted hot food you had to pay extra. Continental breakfast was actually really nice and there were loads of different things to eat. We didn't do the hot food. All in all, it was a great experience. It's not somewhere I would go regularly due to cost but I will be trying out the stadhampton crazy bear hotel next time.

Management at the restaurant department is extremely rude and should definitely not be in a hospitality environment. She is abrasive and has no idea how to communicate properly. Did not honour my Voucher which I spent £80 on for a resultant meal in my wife’s birthday and therefore I asked for information regarding a refund. The manager was extremely short and insulting and I would like to make a formal complaint. But what’s the point. Probably won’t change anything now.

Rooms: Lower end rooms are very small compared to your average hotel unlike the rooms usually advertised with the bath. Food & drinks: Very nice dining experience along with fantastic service. Noteworthy details: With the theme of velvet, diamonds, shiny surfaces, reflections and the like it does have a classy feel but to the point it is somewhat over the top.
