I requested some cupcakes for my son’s birthday and the lady (whose name I unfortunately do not know) couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. She gave me several flavour options and discussed what I was wanting for the decoration and gave me suggestions to make sure they were perfect. She couldn’t have done more to ensure they were exactly what I wanted and they look brilliant! Despite the shop being closed for renovations she still took the order and made sure they were ready for the date I requested. The customer service from start to finish was unbelievable, exactly what you want from a customer facing business. Can’t recommend her highly enough!!

I wanted a special 21st birthday cake for my daughter's birthday. I rang up and spoke to Kim who was very friendly and gave me alot of help and advice. I decided on a pink and rose gold drizzle cake, with chocolate sponge and orange flavoured cream. It tasted just amazing!! The chocolate sponge was soft and light and the cream filling had just the right balance of orange flavour. It was beautifully decorated with cream roses, rose gold chocolates and delicate pink iced piping, finished off with a 21st birthday rose gold topper. My daughter loved her surprise birthday cake. I would highly recommend The Crafted Cake House for those special occasion cakes, they are very friendly, helpful and talented at what they do. I'll be coming back in September for my youngest daughter's 18th. Thank you for making the whole process a delight. X

I can't speak Highly enough of the store. I rang up at midday saying I have been let down by another Baker. She completely understood and was able to make me 13 cupcakes within a matter of hours with and they were absolutely delicious . Thank you so much for your quick turn around. My sister was delighted with the cup cakes.

Ordered a 16th birthday cake for my daughter. From the 1st phone call to the delivery of the cake the service was fabulous. Natalie managed to put everything on the cake I asked for and made sure it was gluten free. Lots of flavours to choose from. As we live away & wouldnt be seeing the cake till later, she sent me photos of the cake being made and the final finish. Delivery was great and everyone loved the cake...so much no one wanted to cut into it. They did and it was delicious. Thank you!
