We were really disappointed that a large number of the retail outlets were closed when we visited today. As the site has a website I would have thought that changes to usual opening times would be advertised here but this was not the case. While it wasn't a completely wasted journey we would have visited another time had we known.

This is a lovely place but not wheelchair friendly. I could not get my friend into any of the shops they didnt have disabled access and the shops were too tiny. What a shame for my disabled friend. It was hard going getting her up the hill to the restaurant and hard working getting her to the outside restaurant seating area! In 2022 places surely must be disabled friendly!!!

I was very disappointed with the service and the standard of food. There only appeared to be one member of staff serving. It was obviously too busy for just her. She was lovely and apologetic. I have been before, many times, but I am really dissatisfied on this occasion.
