Shockingly bad service from start to finish. We have been before with no complaints but this time it was a completely different experience. The table wasn’t ready. We waited ages for food to come out when people around us had there’s in 10 minutes, ours was over 30 minutes. We were never asked if everything was ok- it wasn’t. There was errors on the food order which meant we ate at different times and no apology. No one asked if we wanted more drinks, we were there nearly 2 hours for a one course meal. A server asked if we wanted our table cleared, we said no as people were still eating, he continued to, so we said no again to which he ignored. The food was good, and that’s why the review has 2 stars, but the waiting staff were shocking, and they didn’t deserve any stars.

Popped in for lunch with my wife on BH Monday. We had 3 courses. The whole meal was excellent, the Beef brisket wedge I would thoroughly recommend and the home made desserts were delicious. We recieved fantastic service from the staff and the ambience was great. We're definitely going back again. Thank you all for a great afternoon.
