I live abroad and whenever I need to send fruit hampers to anyone in London, I always use the Covent Garden Fruit Co. Their customer service is impeccable & the fruits are always very fresh and well packed. I had placed an order recently and realized that they had the wrong address since the recipient had shifted. I sent them an email & received a prompt response confirming that the new address was updated. Also, a big shout out to John who had the basket wrapped beautifully with a bow and card when I informed them that it was a birthday gift! The recipient loved the hamper and said it was the best birthday gift she had received! 🙂

I live overseas and I wanted to order a basket of goodies as a gift for a friend who lives in London for Valentines Day . I missed the bakery cut off by a day, but called in and asked if I they could find a way to squeeze my order in. Jon, the person I liaised with was superb. He was so helpful and kind and he even organized the cutest card ever with the basket. Other businesses should definitely take a page of good work ethic and customer service from Jon, because he ticked all of my boxes for excellent service! Oh, and my friend who received the food said all the fruits were fresh, vegetables were tasty and the Fruit Loaf was incredible !! I will recommend them to anyone !!

I ordered a retirement gift from Covent Garden Fruit Co from across the pond. They went above and beyond to deliver it to retiring President. DR. Wendy Burn at The Royal College of Psychiatrists on the last day of her term. They even sent me a photo of what was delivered. Staff went over and above expectations. I recommend contacting John via email for special orders. That man deserves a raise!

Delighted with my veg box! Huge range and amount of wonderfully fresh veg. Baby potatoes, baking potatoes, onions, spring onions, celery, cucumber, broccoli, cauliflower, peppers, baby tomatoes, salad, rocket, baby leaf spinach, garlic, plus some red chillies! Highly recommend.
