    Iv been coming here for about 5 years now and won't be going back after this week. Can't complain about practice but they will try and take every penny from you they can even as an NHS patient. The dentist told me that the NHS won't take all 4 of my wisdom teeth out and he would have to do 2 of them private at around £800- nhs told me that's not true so saved myself the money!!! Popped in the other day to ask my dentist of 5 years would he sign and stamp my passport application.......he did it with pleasure and then charged me £35 for 2 mins of his time, i left felling like I had just been robbed! I understand its a business and the aim is to make money , but do it with integrity.

    Avoid this place! He is no dentist. He did quick check up and told me everything is fine and all I need to do is throw more money at him by seeing the hygienist. I was told at an emergency clinic I need a root canal and a filling on another tooth. I swiftly left after the check up and didnt mention to him what the emergency clinic said. He should have spotted that. I then went to an NHS clinic who also said I need a root canal and filling, where i received better service and a thorough check up than the supposed "private" check up at covent garden dental centre.

    My partner who is and has gone through depression since covid had decided to go for a dental checkup. All family and friends were so happy for his next step as he had isolated himself for a long while. The booking was made by me over a month ago only to be seen on Wednesday 7th of September and have a tooth filling in 5min and be told that they have no funding from NHS so they won’t check his other teeth. They though took all his eligibility of free dental care details beforehand and made him sign as he had them all. It’s most likely some fraud but this has been reported with NHS so I won’t go into it any further. The filling has already collapsed. Its been 4days. It’s an absolute disgrace and Dr. Mano Soltan should be ashamed of himself . The #coventgardendentalclinic is the worst practice and customer service I have ever heard of. It saddens me to say the least.

    I had emergency treatment for a tooth fracture. I was able to get an appointment and be seen immediately. I am a very nervous patient and Dr Soltan was incredibly patient, calm and professional. He really put me at ease throughout the treatment. He was able to fix my tooth in order for me to go on holiday a few days later. I am incredibly grateful to Dr Soltan and would highly recommend this dentist and the practice.

    DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY! Horrible Service. I waited over 20mins only to find out I had been booked for the wrong treatment. The dentist refused to clean my teeth even though I had booked in for it, paid and travelled all the way. He then started yelling at me that he was busy and that I should come the following day to see the hygienist. I had to leave and argue back and forth for a refund. They also refused to shred the documents they made me sign, only returning it to me after I started videoing the receptionist refusing. All the reviews seem to have something in common clearly!
