Sent me faulty cargos along with a hoodie that had loose seams, I asked for the missing part of the cargos to be sent out to me they said no I had to return the whole garment. Stupid. Then I get a gift card to buy the pants again and they’ve not added the shipping I paid, they add the shipping and then the cargos are gone off the site, terrific, had I known this I would have just found some buckle details for the ankle myself, that’s all I asked to be sent out. The missing ankle straps, what a joke. AVOID people

I've bought items from your company for many years and the items wash so well. Unfortunately and of the items had a fault. However, Sophie helped me fix this problem. I was told upto 14days but it was sorted within days. Highly recommended. I'm now going to go shopping online for more amazing attire 😊😍

Horrible Customer Service online. Such a shame for a great company with good quality products to have this kind of Customer Service in 2022 knowing all the competition out there. Hidden fees were added once the package was already paid and was asked to pay almost double to be able to collect it. Couture Club claimed that it is stated somewhere on the website which is BS or at least hidden with a small font that customers can’t see. Charlotte in the customer service is very rude and helpless. I was doing her job and all the follow up about the package.
