I had booked an appointment for a foot massage because my Reynauds was horrendous.I explained I found it difficult to get out because I was disabled and in a power wheelchair . That's fine the lady said we have a downstairs room. Great I thought, community transport booked . When i arrived for my appointment I couldn't believe they had everything there Physiotherapist, osteotherapist podiatry but guess what they didn't have.... You guessed it!!!!! NO WHEELCHAIR ACCESS. I was then put to the embarrassment of explaining why two of their staff definitely could not lift a heavy power chair and me down a deep concerte step. Once again I felt an inconvenience because I was disabled. I really would have thought a clinic like this would have definitely had a ramp. We wheelchair users are still invisible to the able bodied.

Jamie is a great osteopath, he listens well and makes you feel at ease. I would definitely recommend Jamie and the Courtyard clinic.
