Went for my Dad's birthday meal last night and the service and food were both excellent. Very busy for a Tuesday evening which is a good sign for any business. Decor is lovely and feels like a lot of time and money has gone into creating a great place to eat and drink locally to this part of Colchester/North East Essex. Drinks were served speedily, food was delicious and our three courses didn't feel rushed at all. Six of us at the table, worked out at about £80 per couple. Would thoroughly recommend! Food & drinks: Food and drink was excellent. We had a mix of food from the main menu and some of their specials from the specials board.

Friendly and attentive service and very good food! The last beer from the keg was no longer good and was replaced with new pints without any problems. (Original) Met een groep van 9 personen kwamen we onaangekondigd bij The Court House om te eten. Het was druk, maar we werden zeer goed ontvangen en er werd een tafel gereed gemaakt. Vriendelijke en attente bediening en zeer goed eten! Het laatste bier uit het vat was niet goed meer en werd zonder problemen vervangen voor nieuwe pints.
