    The staff are all very friendly, courteous and inviting. The food is excellent. The downsize being when we ordered a diet coke and a normal coke at £4.95 each we were presented with a can each. It may have been better to have poured our drinks elsewhere before presenting them to us. It just took the edge of an otherwise pleasant experience.

    Myself and my husband have been to Betty's numerous times in Harrogate and York and have never had a bad experience. Wheelchair accessibility: Our last visit there was a disabled man who came into the Tea room in a wheelchair and there was no obstacle for him or the staff, he was treated like any other visitor. I thought this was fantastic.
