My star rating is very generous. Upon arrival I stood at the bar for around 5 minutes before being served by a lady who was probably the most miserable person I’ve ever met. Our food arrived and the chicken was so overdone we couldn’t bite into it… when I pulled it apart it was mushy inside and grey/green… As for the children’s meals, my daughter (1yo) was choking on her food it was so over done… and the pizza we ordered was microwaved and sloppy. Nobody once came over to ask how our meals were and when I went to mention how bad the food was she said ‘what do you want’… i can’t get over how rude she was. We’ve never once complained about food but it was so so bad we just couldn’t not. Even the chips tasted like old oil… had a bitter taste to them and just tasted old and hollow… I’ve worked in kitchens most of my life and know for a fact that food was not prepared or cooked how it should have been.
