Just stayed at this gorgeous place. All the team were fabulous, especially Cath, who made us all very welcome and couldn’t have been more accommodating to our party of six; and Daniel, whose storytelling for each wine was spellbinding We enjoyed the delightful well thought out tasting menu and paired wines. All our rooms were very comfortable and our stay was rounded off by a delicious breakfast. This place is “jewel” in the woods. Many thanks.

Food & drinks: We booked the restaurant a few months ago and had dinner there last night. The unassuming, gentle and delicious journey that you are taken on during the course of the evening is truly sublime. Each one of the dishes left us sitting for a moment in silence just taking in each flavour combination whilst looking out onto the Mountain View. I highly recommend this experience, a lot of passion has gone into creating the flow of the menu and the use of local ingredients makes for very memorable evening.

Beautiful food, course after glorious course. It was suitably decadent but felt healthy as well. How do they make simple bread and butter taste that good? Nicely matched wines that were new to us. Going to seek out a couple of them.
