I've just visited here today, (the last time I came here years ago I vowed never again & actually called the head office about that visit) this time a different older lady with grey straight hair so rude, no customer service, even the man I walked out with commented about her, if you don't like working & speaking to customers maybe leave as you've put me off coming back & spending my money here, it's clearly too much effort for you!

Never again! Bought my family here the other day, as it's a very popular bakery in Bedford. Well the new staff are now rude and snobby. They didn't have any rolls out like they used to and when I asked for the current deals I was laughed at. Back to Gregg's it is.!!
