Drove 1 hour 30 minutes to get to the Cotswold outlet store. WOW what a dump!!!!!!!! Terrible in every way. The quality and finish of the furniture is poor. I appreciate that the outlet mainly sells seconds, damaged stock, discontinued lines and returns but most of the items looked awful, then look at the price tag and it’s ridiculously over priced considering most of the damage is irreversible. Totally disappointed. We had intended buying some furniture on line but having seen the outlet, the quality of the items (damaged or not) we certainly won’t bother.

I enjoyed looking at the furniture. They have some great furniture. My only concern is that a lot of the material on the sofas are very marked and I do t think they are worth the price on the tags . Its great to look as there maybe other things to uour liking. 😃

If you look for beautiful furniture, look no further. This is an outlet with either returned or showroom furniture. There is great choice of affordable pieces either for kitchen, dining room, bathroom or bedroom. Also, staff are very helpful. They have delivery option, or collection.

Broken door. No Staff. I'm assuming no resources given as closing down in the future. Spent far too long chasing anyone down to actually order..............shop rapidly on the decline. Grab yourself a bargain though! If prepared to wait. Don't expect miracles though.
