This place was a nightmare the walls are too thin and you can hear everything from the outside, and people make so much noise in the night and it doesn’t matter if you complain no one will listen, not to say that they enter your room to check if is clean so annoying I don’t recommend it if you want to have some sanity left

The only good about this student accomodation are people who work there and is close to tube, Costa, Tesco, Saintsbury. But dealing with neighbors partying from 9pm till 9am on Mondays ,Sundays or any random day with smoking in the room or kitchen. The security seems to have lack of power as when you called them , all they do is tell them of and even if they separate them they will come back later in night so please consider what are you looking for from student accomodation. Because if you want place aid quiet nights, study for exams than this is not the one.

The guest policy is absolutely unacceptable, you cannot bring in any guests without a prior written permission, they don’t update you about any changes. Absolutely wouldn’t recommend

Its on the more affordable side of London rent and I'm lucky to have nice flatmates, however we were told there was going to be construction work going on but what we were not told was that that meant we would get woken up every morning by drilling louder than a jet engine! You can't even drown out the noise with headphones playing extremely loud music! And if it isn't the drilling it's the fire alarm tests! 3 in one week, setting them off multiple times and getting us outside in pyjamas without warning as another test after already having one the day before! On top of that, my post keeps going missing and when we arrived the state of kitchen was abhorred!
