My daughters treated me to flotation and back massage treatments. Fantastic experience in the flotation room. This is the most relaxing treatment I’ve ever had. The staff were friendly and helpful and guided me through the process. I floated for the full time and felt safe, calm but also reenergised. I used the neck pillow provided which was comfortable and supportive. Following this I had a back massage. This was wonderful! At the end of the treatments I was so chilled l could have floated out of the building. Please try the flotation treatment. I’m definitely going to book another session.

What an amazing experience one in which I will be repeating... I choose the floatation tank followed by a massage. Spotlessly clean... Polite friendly staff from the reception area to the treatment I choose. Nothing rushed everything explained.. The robe and towel was clean and in excellent condition... Throw away slippers.... Good quality shower gel shampoo conditioner... Well I can not wait to treat myself again. Everything was perfect..... Coffee and biscuits offered while chilling in the relaxation room.... Treatment was a good price and 100% worth every penny... Can not thank you all enough for a perfect afternoon

Had my eyebrows microbladed 2 years ago and they still look good (should have had them re-done but have been late doing this due to covid). The difference they have made to my face is amazing - swear great shaped eyebrows made me look younger! Can't recommend Siân's care and expertise enough. The consultation and aftercare was excellent. Well worth the cost.

I recently went for initial consultation for lazer hair removal due to the good reviews I had seen on google and social media. I was not disappointed. The staff were really friendly with great customer service and a really nice relaxed environment. The therapist I saw was really welcoming and really took the time to get to know me and my situation, along with showing empathy and understanding making me feel at ease. The treatment was fully explained to me with questions being fully answered. After the appointment the therapist went through the price list with me explaining all special offers and ways to pay. The initial consultation was free of charge with no obligation to come back. I have decided to go back and have the treatment with this clinic, after the experience I had and the treatment being at affordable prices (cheapest I have found). It is also easy to find with easy access. I will add to the review with an update on the quality of treatment and service once I have started. *Update* Following on from my first review.... I am so glad I chose this clinic. The staff have been so supportive and knowledgeable in the treatment and really accommodating when needed to change the time of my appointment. I have to say that after 11 years of suffering with excessive hair and hurtism due to my PCOS, I was sceptical about this treatment due to all other treatments failing in the past. ..... I was wrong..... after the first lazer session my hair became worse where I then sought advice from the clinic where they said it was normal. After a week there was hardly any hair left, apart from patches of corse hairs (stubborn ones). I’ve been able to go about my day (every other) without panicking about shaving. I have just finished my second session where my stubborn patches are still there but less defined. I can’t wait to finish my treatment. If this actually works, then it will be a life saver. *update* I am now on my possible last treatment in two weeks time and I have to say it has been a life saver. My hair growth is 95% gone and has also done wonders to my skin. The staff again were amazing and such a welcoming environment. I might even book myself in for other treatment for when I’m there next.

Very bad customer service. Was rung to say I was 5mins late. I got the dates mixed up but said I could be there in 5 as I work close (would have been 10 mins late). Was told no and that I'd lost my £55 deposit and could book again for full price. Very rude. Don't bother. Also beware that the prices online aren't correct and they tell you the real price over the phone.
