We cannot thank James and the team enough for everything they did over our 3 day event over the New Years Eve weekend. The event would not have been as successful without the support from James and the CSK team. The food was absolutely delicious, and our guests were all shocked at how the team managed to produce such high quality food in a marquee, in the rain, in north wales!!! Everything was presented beautifully, warm and served to us with a smile from the serving team. Nothing was too much for James and the team, and we wouldn't hesitate to book them in again! Trying to find the right choice of menu options to please 1200 people is never an easy task, but I can honestly say receiving only positive comments from everyone on the food helped make this such a great event. The food quality was amazing and the flexibility with changes from Cornerstone made them very easy and a pleasure to work with.
