I had Room 9 up a lot of steep stairs but it was fine and spacious. Staff are amazing, they all seem to have several jobs and pop up everywhere! Very early transfer (3.30 am) worked well too. I shall return as I can no longer afford the on-airport ridiculous prices! Noteworthy details: On a main road with a lot of traffic noise so try and get a quiet room....
