Visited the Coral Centre today as I do on a regular basis. Rob the Owner is very lovely and helpful however I will not be returning after today's visit. There was a female assistant in today (I'm not sure her name) who I found very rude. I was asking her some questions as my Nitrite had crept up and asking about whether I should wait to put a crab in. She thought I was saying Nitrate so initially said it would be okay. I double checked and showed her the rest result on my phone and she was like you can't add it if you're Nitrite was that as it should be 0 and was saying I was telling her it was Nitrate and that's dangerous when it's Nitrite. I tried explaining I think its an accent barrier as she pronounces it Nitrit without the E and I pronounce it like the word write/right. she got very rude and said I was wrong and it's 2 different things. She patronised me and treated me like I was stupid. Even her dad who was there tried to back me and understood we were chatting about the same thing and that we pronounce it differently but she quickly shut her dad down and said "Don't get involved in this dad). I came out feeling awful by the way I was treated which is a shame as I bought many things from there in the past!

Waited for more then 5 months for my delivery which never arrived, called many times, always same answer ( no stock yet), never received any money back or the items that I have ordered, Misleading and untrustworthy, Unfortunately I must write to let others be aware. Gave him many chances to send the stock but never done it.
