Security guard grabbed my arm multiple times despite me asking him not to and complying with what he asked me to do. Ignored my visible distress and told me “I am in charge here” and yelled at me for not following his instructions (no clear instructions were given). I was told to make a complaint about him but it’s unclear where to send that complaint. Not particularly worse than other security guards but I would expect better from an institution which explicitly caters to students
