A Gastronomic Delight at The Continental I recently dined at The Continental, and let me tell you, it was an incredible experience! This place knows how to satisfy your cravings with a mix of Mumbai-style street food and creative seafood dishes. We started with their mouthwatering vada pav, which was an explosion of flavours. Moving on to the mains, we tried the daily special pan-fried salmon with prawns, squid, and lobster bisque risotto—it was divine. The wild cod with herb ragu with tempura courgette flower was another standout dish, perfectly cooked and bursting with freshness, along with a delightful vegan salad. Every bite was a taste sensation, and the presentation was on point. The staff was attentive and friendly, adding to the overall welcoming atmosphere. I can't recommend The New Continental enough—it's a must-visit for anyone looking for a truly delicious dining experience in a Pub!

My goodness was I happy when I found this place. Moving to Lytham recently I found there was NOOOOO culture going on! I came across the continental one day, the open mic jazz so thrilled. Then I ate there lamb roast wow! Out of the ball park. I was so excited I ran there the following weekend only to be sooooo so so disappointed. And because I’d been so happy I’d found a good eating and entertainment place at last I was more gutted. I basically got served a watered down grey chicken sloppy dinner that tasted of nothing and I’d probably have been more satisfied with a ping dinner from Iceland. Now the fact is I wouldn’t be writing on here had the pub taken responsibility and responded to my email complaint. BUT they couldn’t be bothered. So I therefore see that’s pretty much the level of the continental. Can be bothered sometimes not others!don’t really care cause they got custom shame proper gutted now Vegetarian options: Horrific! Do not do vegi I saw my friends dry old burger without sauce and salad wouldn’t give a dog
