This company offers you limited to no protection and they are not there to help the consumer. In my case they were completely on the side of the supplier/trader, who of course, pays their premium/is their client. You are not covered until the Job is deemed to be finished by the trader and in our case, if the trader went out of business before the job was completed, CPA would not cover us for any losses, so we we’re are total risk. For us, HM courts service delivered justice. If you are engaging any trades person who is offering you the CPA cover then I would advise you to look elsewhere. Also, many of the positive reviews here are not from consumers.
