Always love popping in here when visiting the area, it’s a super shop which is bigger than it looks from the outside. Great retro buy’s downstairs and lots of nice glasses and faux plants! Shop floor level has some lovely framed pictures to choose from! Upstairs there is more retail space with clothes bags and jewellery! I’ve seen mixed reviews on here but honestly the staff have always been super polite & helpful! Lovely shop frontage - I just can’t help myself but pop in, it’s always way too tempting 😂 Price wise i would say it’s very competitive! Love it ⭐️

I would not recommend buying from this store. The customer service is some of the worst I have ever experienced. I bought a coat from here and after just a few weeks of wearing it the stitching came away on the pocket leaving a hole. I went into the store with the coat and my receipt and The owner Mary offered for me to have the hole repaired and then charge it back to the shop which I was more than happy to do, especially as I loved the coat. I didn’t end up charging the shop, I had it repaired and paid for it myself as I was just happy that the coat was repaired. Then a couple of months later I go to put the coat on and the cuff comes away from the sleeve because the stitching has come away yet again. I rang the store and told them straight away, the girl I spoke to told me to email a picture of the cuff, which I did. Mary did not reply to email or call, I had no communication from her at all so I decided to go into the store and take the coat with me. I showed Mary the problem and she took the coat and said she needed to contact the manufacturer and she would get back to me. At this point I felt like I shouldn’t be waiting for Mary to contact the manufacturer as I bought the coat from her and as this was now the second time the coat had gone wrong she should have refunded me and contacted the manufacturer about the coat. I again had no contact from her so I emailed her asking for a refund. She replied to the email straight away with “please can I have a copy of your receipt” nothing else, no other communication, that was all I heard from her. I then called the store later on in the week which I feel I shouldn’t have to do, she should have contacted me about the issue either by email or phone as at this point she has my money and the coat and I have no idea what is going on. She filled me in when I called with what was happening with the manufacturer. She said they were away and that she had to wait for them to get back to her about whether they would refund her or not. I was getting quite frustrated with the lack of communication from her and also the fact that she was talking to me as if my contract was with the manufacturer and not her. She said she would contact me on Monday and yet again she didn’t. I then emailed her to say that I had not heard from her so I was going to take the matter further as the coat was not fit for purpose. She eventually refunded me after sending a rude email to me insinuating that I had broken the coat myself. Which is quite ridiculous. I will never buy anything from this shop again because If something goes wrong with the product, you will get shocking and rude customer service.

Very rude staff and products overpriced. I'm happy to pay a bit extra in most establishments if I feel they deserve it, but the staff are so entitled. Definitely avoid, most of what they sell can be found elsewhere to be honest

A treasure trove of wonders over 4 floors filled with home decor, accessories, jewellery, soft furnishings, books and more. A great place to stop by on a lunch break for a browse around.
